Polskie Hardwood Conference Tables

At Urban Tree Merchants, we take pride in offering unique, responsibly sourced urban lumber. Due to the natural variation in wood grain, character, and moisture content, all raw lumber sales are considered final, with a few exceptions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on standard inventory lumber within 7 days of purchase, provided:

• The piece is in its original, unaltered condition (not cut, sanded, planed, glued, or modified in any way)
• You provide proof of purchase
• A 10% restocking fee will apply

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

• Custom-milled or special-order lumber
• Pieces that have been altered in any way
• Live edge slabs or epoxy-treated wood after pickup or delivery
• Any lumber marked as as-is, discounted, or clearance

Exchanges

If your piece doesn’t work out, we may offer a one-time exchange for store credit toward another in-stock item of equal or greater value—assuming it meets the return conditions above.
